Going off the top of my head for a light neutron catalyst (at work with no access to evemon or eft atm):

Optional: Thermodynamics (~day for prereqs +4m for the skillbook and 9 minutes to train it, easy 15% damage boost if you can afford it)
Takes ~14-16 days to train (drop a level in surgical strike or rapid firing if necessary). Costs no more than 1-2m in books and implants.

Correct, it'll have something like a 3 second cycle time and 700 volley, so 4-5 of these should take down a hulk in a .5 np.

Troll 1/10. I'd give you more but the comment about the t3's made it way too obvious.
For the benefit of anyone reading the thread and thinking along similar lines, the hulkageddon killboard is for tracking hulk deaths, nothing more. If you really want to track ganker losses (which are going to be negligible due to the nature of suicide ganking), then take some initiative and make your own killboard for HG4 and post the link on C&P.
